How do I cancel my service?

There are two different procedures for cancellation depending on if you are under contract or not. If you are not under contract, your cancellation notice must reach us 7 days prior to your next renewal payment being taken; for example, if you are billed on the 20th every month for a monthly service, your cancellation request should reach us no later than the 13th. These should be sent by email to accounts@lchost.co.uk. If you are under contract, you will need to consult your contract for the specifics - if you are still within a minimum term you are unable to cancel your service (and it's associated costs) unless one of the contract break clauses applies (eg: force majeure) - although you may request that your service is disconnected/deactivated prematurely if it would cause operational issues to leave it active, this would not waive your legal obligation to pay for the remainder of your minimum term as agreed. | |
